Hardwire LLC -- developer of proprietary and patented high-tensile steel reinforcements, advanced military armor, and valued-added products for advanced composite and infrastructure and security applications -- has reached a definitive, supply-chain agreement with FIDIA - Technical Global Services S.r.l. of Perugia-Milano, Italy.

FIDIA is an Italian engineering company specialized in consulting and distributing innovative and advanced technological materials and solutions for the retrofitting, restoration, protection and conservation of historical buildings and civil engineering structures and infrastructures. The agreement enables FIDIA to distribute Hardwire products to Italy and the surrounding regions. The products will be used to support European companies in their strengthening efforts of historical structures. This is Hardwire's first exclusive stocking point agreement for distribution in Europe. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
